When you sign up to use MobiPOS, you trust us with your information.
Information That We Collect From Your Use of the Services
To enable you to use our services, we collect all data that is stored in the database of your MobiPOS application which includes the following:
- Your email, name, contacts and information regarding your business.
— All the necessary information that is required to produce sales data is collected.
— All your customer/guest information keyed into the system.
— Payment type and masked credit card information that is printed out on the receipt.
— During your usage, we might collect but not limited to IP address, browser information, and operating system information.

Usage on the Information We Collect
In order to fix software error or improve our services. Our employees require relevant technical information to do in-house testing or further enhance the services.
Our employees will only access your information based on a 'need to know' basis.
We may use any User Content for advertising, however, we will exclude personal information such as your outlet name to make sure the information remains anonymous.
We reserve the right to edit, modify, or delete User content at our discretion.
We will not disclose personally-identifying information to third parties other than our employees or affiliated organizations.
We may send you newsletters and other e-mails to notify or promote the use of our service.
We will try to keep this minimal. If you do not wish to receive such, you have the option to "opt-out" or unsubscribe.
This can be done in the application's setting.
Information Storage & Management
To provide you with the services, we store, process, and transmit information in locations around the world.
We outsource our hosting services to third-party cloud provider, hosted in the United States.
If you cancel/delete your account, your basic information like email and personal information about the account will still be stored with us.
However your Sales Data, Customer Information and Payment will be removed from our server after 60 days from the cancellation of the account.
If you wish to delete your account, you can proceed to CloudSync

and click on Close Account
, to delete the account immediately.
If wish to delete all information about your account, you can send an email request to our email at firstname.lastname@example.org
with your account information. Upon request, we will proceed to remove all data related to your account.
We take necessary security technical measure to safeguard your personal information against unauthorized access or losses.
MobiPOS will run web application security testing yearly to ensure our application is not vulnerable to malware.
We reserve the right to change or amend this policy from time to time. Change of policy will be updated onto our website.
If you disagree with these changes, you can cancel/delete your account or stop using our Services.
Continued usage of our services constitutes your acceptance of our changes.
