Booking Waitlist via iPad

This guide walks you through the process of creating a booking waitlist entry using the booking system on your iPad.

To access the table booking system, open the MobiPOS app on your iPad and tap on the Table icon from the main menu.

Select Table Booking located at the top of the screen to access the booking interface.

The system will display a dialog box with two tabs. Walk In Waitlist for guests without prior booking and Booking Waitlist for advance bookings. Select the appropriate waitlist type based on your needs.

In this example, Booking Waitlist is selected. Choose their party size, preferred booking date, and time, then click Next to proceed.

Enter all the necessary customer’s information.
Once all information is entered, then tap the Confirm button in the top-right corner to create the waitlist entry.

After confirming, you will return to the Manage Booking screen, where you can now see the customers who have joined the waitlist.
